Pro LSX Single Turbo Kit

This kit will work well in most vehicles with minor fabrication to the cold side and downpipe.

Downpipe is a direct fit for most trucks, must be modified for cars.

The kit includes a new timing cover with drain fittings welded in so there is no drilling into your engine pan or covers. It includes all of the plumbing, crankcase ventilation parts, as well as the BOOST and AIR FUEL Gauge.

Featuring a T76 turbo, TIG-welded stainless downpipe, external wastegate, intercooler system, and vacuum/PCV fittings — this kit is engineered for performance, reliability, and clean fitment.

Notes:

• • OEM LS3 injectors, a boost reference fuel pressure regulator, and a 450LPH pump provide enough fuel for low boost on bigger displacements and low to mid range boost levels on smaller displacements ( approximately 500 HP) For over 500HP bigger injectors are recommended. For those wanting a very mild setup stock flex fuel injectors will still yield massive gains on low boost (4-6 psi)

• • Cold side piping is universal — some aluminum pipes may need to be cut or adjusted to fit your specific chassis and engine bay layout.

  • This kit was mock-fitted using new motor and transmission mounts. Worn or sagging mounts may cause clearance issues with the turbo, downpipe, or crossover pipe.

  • Some minor fabrication may be required, especially for the downpipe exit to tie into the exhaust under the vehicle, cold air intake routing, and intercooler mounting.

  • Tune Required – recommended for startup and drivability (Pro LSX email tune available separately).

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended.
