Bench Flash LS PCM Tune – Custom Mail-In Programming
This service is for customers who want a ready-to-run LS PCM without needing HP Tuners. Send us your factory GM PCM and we’ll custom flash it on the bench using your exact build specs — no vehicle required.
Perfect for LS swaps, off-road builds, or custom setups where plug-and-play reliability is key.
How It Works:
-
Purchase this product
-
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a tuning form
-
Complete the form and email it back with your build info
-
Mail your stock LS PCM to us (address will be provided)
-
We flash your tune and ship it back – ready to run
What’s Included:
-
Custom base tune tailored to your engine & transmission setup
-
Bench flash of your stock GM PCM (P01/P59 – 1999–2007 LS)
-
VATS delete, rear O2 delete, EVAP removal (as needed)
-
Idle, timing, fan control, and shift strategy adjustments
-
Tuning for 4L60E, 4L80E, or manual transmission setups
Tune Disclaimer:
This is a custom base tune designed to get your engine running, idling, and moving under its own power. It is intended to help you start the engine, verify proper wiring, mechanical setup, and ensure your swap is electronically sound before driving.
While this tune should make the vehicle drivable, further tuning may be required to dial in fuel trims, wide-open throttle, boost, or other performance-critical areas. We do not offer datalogging or remote revisions. All fine-tuning must be performed in person by a qualified local tuner if needed.
Requirements:
-
You must send your physical PCM for tuning
-
A tuning form will be emailed to you after purchase and must be completed before work begins
Emissions Notice:
This tuning service is intended for off-road and motorsports use only. It may disable emissions-related systems and is not guaranteed to be emissions compliant in all states or regions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local laws before installation on a public-road vehicle.
